Stornierung und gesetzlicher Widerruf sind unterschiedliche Vorgänge.
Vertragliche Stornierung
If you cancel, the following fees on the rental price apply depending on the notice period before the rental starts:

|---|---|
| 14 days or more before | 0 % |
| 7 days or more before | 25 % |
| 3 days or more before | 50 % |
| less than 3 days before | 80 % |
| No-show | up to 80 % |
If you do not show up without cancelling ("no-show"), a fee of up to 80 % of the rental price may be retained.
Verbraucherrechte
Gesetzliche Widerrufsrechte bleiben von vertraglichen Stornierungsregeln unberührt.

With a customer account you can request a cancellation under My booking. Without a customer account, please send your cancellation quoting the booking number via the contact page.
